1. Open your ListedOS dashboard
Go to https://app.listed.inc and sign in if you aren’t already logged in.

2. Navigate to the Marketing section
On the left sidebar, click on “Marketing”.
3. Navigate to the Email tab
On the top navigation tabs, click on “Emails”.
4. Navigate to the Templates
On the top navigation tabs, click on “Templates”.
5. Open your Newsletters folder
To keep your marketing content organized, they are saved into folders. Click on the “Newsletters” folder.

6. Find the main template
Find the email template named “[Main Template]”.
7. Click the three dots
Click on the “three” dots menu on the far right.
8. Clone the main template
Find the email template named “[Main Template]”.

9. Name your newsletter
Give it a meaningful name that’s short and easy for you to remember.
Please note, that’s the name of the template, not the email subject.
10. Confirm the action
Click on “Clone”.

11. Open the newsletter
Click on your newsletter, in our example, we click on “Newsletter 5: Your Dream Home Awaits” because that’s how we named it during step 9.

12. Update the content
Update the texts, images and links. For more info on how to change an image → Read our article “Add or replace an image in a newsletter”.

13. Save the changes
Click on “Save Template” in the upper-right corner.

14. Edit the email settings
Click on the “three” dots menu in the upper-right corner, then click on “Settings”.

15. Update the sender info, subject and preview text
Update the information shown in your recipient’s mail app.
- From Name
When sending a newsletter, you want to make sure you’re easily recognizable to your recipients. We recommend using a consistent sender name such as
[Your Name] | Real Estateor[Your Name]. This helps your recipients quickly identify the sender and reduces the likelihood of your emails being flagged as spam.
- From Email Similar to “From Name”, this is the email address shown in your recipient’s mail app. We recommend using a consistent sender email address to help your recipients quickly identify the sender and reduces the likelihood of your emails being flagged as spam.
- Email Subject The subject of your email shown in your recipient’s mail app.
- Preview
The preview shown in your recipient’s mail app. That’s an opportunity to add a catchy intro to get their attention rather than seeing the beginning of the email if it was for example,“Dear John, xyz”, it can be “Discover ”

Dear John, […], you can craft a catchy intro that teases the content, likeDiscover […]orGet Ready to […]. This will help increase the chances of your email being opened and read!

16. Save the settings
Click on “Save” in the lower-right corner of your screen.
